1. Changes to This Agreement
We may modify these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy, at any time and at our sole discretion. If material changes are made, they become effective after we provide notice, which may include email, a notice on the Site, or other reasonable methods.
Your continued use of the Services after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Additional Terms
Certain programs or Services may include additional terms presented at the time of participation. Those terms apply alongside these Terms of Use. Product descriptions, pricing, and restrictions may change and should be reviewed before submitting an order.
3. Children’s Privacy
Our website and Services are not directed to individuals under age 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child provides personal information, a parent or guardian may contact us to have it promptly removed.
4. Users & Accounts
To access certain Services or make purchases, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

- Notify Alpyn Beauty of any security breach or unauthorized use.
You are responsible for all activity associated with your account and for securing your device(s). We do not guarantee compatibility with specific devices or browsers.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice. Obligations incurred before termination survive termination.
5. Responsible Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Harm Alpyn Beauty or any third party;
- Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site;
- Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content;
- Submit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- Create accounts for competitive analysis;
- Scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer the Services;
- Use automated systems except standard search engine indexing;
- Copy, distribute, disassemble, or create derivative works from Site content or software.
6. User Content & Submission Terms
You are responsible for all content you submit (“User Content”). This includes reviews, comments, uploaded media, and social media submissions.
By tagging @alpynbeauty, using #alpynbeauty, or replying #YesAlpynBeauty, you grant us permission to use your content across:
- alpynbeauty.com
- Social media platforms
- Advertising and promotional creative
- Email communications
- Retailer or partner distribution
You represent that your submissions:
- Are lawful and respectful;
- Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Comply with FTC endorsement guidelines;
- Include only individuals age 18 or older.
You grant Alpyn Beauty a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, store, and create derivative works from your submissions.
We may remove or decline to publish User Content at our discretion. The Site is not a storage repository—retain your own copies. Feedback and ideas submitted to Alpyn Beauty are non-confidential and may be used without compensation.

7. Mobile Access
If you access the Services via mobile, your carrier’s data and messaging rates may apply. Coverage and performance vary by provider.
8. United States Services
The Services are operated within the United States. Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and are valid only within the U.S. Users outside the U.S. are responsible for complying with local laws.
9. Product Information
Use products only as directed. Review ingredient lists for allergens. Consult a physician for medical concerns or before use if needed. Use on minors should be supervised by a parent or guardian after medical consultation.
Statements on alpynbeauty.com have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
10. Purchases From Alpyn Beauty
General
Products and samples are for personal use only. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of resale, bulk purchasing, or fraud. We may verify identity or payment method and may limit quantities per customer, household, or address.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD, exclude taxes and shipping, and may change. Payment is processed by third-party providers. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free information. Orders affected by pricing or availability errors may be cancelled and refunded.
Subscriptions
By enrolling in auto-delivery, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled. To cancel, email:

Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. unless otherwise noted. Delivery times vary. Risk of loss passes upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for products purchased from alpynbeauty.com unless marked final sale. Email Wildcrafted@alpynbeauty.com with your order number. Products must be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
11. Third-Party Sites
The Site may link to external third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, claims, or performance. Review third-party terms before engaging.
12. Indemnity & Liability
You agree to indemnify Alpyn Beauty and its affiliates against claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpyn Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to $250 USD.
13. TYB Rewards Program
TYB is an independent third-party platform. Points, credits, or rewards earned are subject to Alpyn Beauty’s qualification and redemption rules, which may change at any time.
Rewards have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or cancelled at our discretion. Redemption depends on inventory, account standing, and compliance with current policies.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Alpyn Beauty mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Alpyn Beauty (“Alpyn Beauty ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Alpyn Beauty ’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Alpyn Beauty through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Alpyn Beauty . Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 43793 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Alpyn Beauty mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
