Thank you for inquiring about this, we also think these are incredibly important matters: The answer to both is yes! All Alpyn products are vegan and free of animal-derived products as well as any animal testing.

Our recommendation is that you discuss any changes in your skin care regimen with your medical professional, as this will be a decision that you make together.

Our products are all-natural and contain no chemicals. In addition, all products are fragrance-free and vegan.
Select ingredients are certified organic. Our Wildcrafted Actives are actually picked near our headquarters in Jackson Hole, WY. These plants grow naturally in the wild and are harvested naturally from the earth. We formulate without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or other artificial agents.
Plus, the plants we use are not damaged, as we wildcraft them in a manner that allows them to flourish and replenish naturally. In our opinion, you can’t get more organic than that! You can learn more about our commitment to Clean Beauty practices here.
All of Alpyn products are scented solely by the natural ingredients we put into them. Even though they smell amazing, they’re fragrance-free and we do not use any artificial fragrance of any kind.
Great question! Any variation in scent is related to the nature of wildcrafting. Our Wildcrafted Actives are actually harvested near our headquarters in Jackson Hole, WY and then added to our product formulations. Due our reliance on completely natural ingredients, it’s common for batches to vary from time to time. No two plants are exactly identical!
Hopefully, the slight variation is a refreshing reminder that you’re supporting wild-harvesting techniques, which allow these powerful plants to thrive and grow after we gather the necessary leaves and blooms required for each hand-crafted formulation.
Yes, all Alpyn Beauty products are non-comedogenic. In addition, we formulate all products without any questionable ingredients or production practices. You can learn more here.
Of course! Alpyn products are designed for all genders, and many men on our team use the line daily with great results. Our formulas are also safe for all skin types – from sensitive to oily or dry. And of course, our entire collection is also suitable for adults of any age.
We’re happy you asked! All Alpyn products are formulated without Phenoxyethanol, Parabens, Formaldehyde Donors, MEA/DEA/TEA, Palm Ingredients, Sulfates, Synthetic Dyes, Colors and Fragrance, Phthalates, Petrochemicals, PEG’s/ PPG’s, Metallic Aluminum, Triclosan, Talc, Mineral Oil or Petrolatum.

The mica found in Alpyn products is sourced domestically (from the United States) and responsibly. In fact, we vet all of our suppliers and work to avoid questionable sources and practices so that our customers can purchase with peace of mind.
Alpyn products contain no parabens, phenoxyethanol or any other artificial preservative. The shelf-life of an opened product is 12 months. The shelf-life of an unopened product is 2-3 years.
We do advise customers to try to keep their Alpyn products at or around room temperature whenever possible. Since our products are all natural, a slight separation or change in color over time is normal and will not impact product efficacy.
Thank you for this question – and for caring about our environment. Alpyn Beauty has made the decision to use only all-glass containers in the hopes of maximizing our commitment to sustainability. When finished, simply rinse out the glass and recycle as you would any glass container.
For our hard-to-recycle caps, lids and pumps, we've partnered with PACT Collective. You can return these via a local PACT collection bin, or by mailing a minimum of 5 product components back to PACT.
Use this link to locate a collection bin or print a return label. PACT charges $5 per return to help cover expenses, but they'll send you a $10 Alpyn code after your returns have been received!

Our high-performance products are inspired by and named after alpenglow: the ethereal pink light which illuminates the mountaintops, forests and valleys where our ingredients naturally grow. You might have noticed that our products and packages feature this soft pink hue as a nod to the natural phenomenon that’s become our signature.
Wildcrafting is the practice of harvesting plants from their natural, or wild, habitat. When done sustainably and with respect, only the fruit, flowers or branches are carefully removed, and the living plant is left healthy and intact. Learn more about our wildcrafted ingredients here.
As a brand born in the Grand Tetons of Jackson Hole, we’re proud to be FSC Certified to help protect our forests, and to use as little packaging as possible. The Forest Stewardship Council certification ensures that Alpyn’s paper and packaging come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

• Products must be lightly used and in their original packaging
• Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date
• A refund is credited back to the original form of payment
• Please allow 10-14 days to process a return
To return your online purchases please email our customer service team at wildcrafted@alpynbeauty.com with your order number. Ensure the product in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or email receipt in the box.

To send someone products, you can enter a different shipping address, enabling you to send Alpyn products to anyone in the United States or Canada. Alpyn’s packing slip does not include any pricing information.
Gift note and earth-friendly gift wrapping are planned and should be available soon.
Accounts on our website are optional, though reccomended. Creating one will allow you to check order status, add and manage shipping addresses and view your order history. You can create an account anytime here. If you have already placed an order, use the same email address when creating your account.

Alpyn Auto-Glow (Subscriptions)
With regular, continued use, the wildcrafted actives in Alpyn products can achieve better results on your skin! In addition, all Auto-Glow customers enjoy a 15% savings on their recurring orders.
For your security, Auto-Glow subscriptions can only be managed if you opt to create an account (accounts are optional). Therefore, we recommend that you create an Alpyn Beauty account if begin a subscription.

After you have an Alpyn account, login to your Auto-Glow Subscription Management using this link. You will see several options:
To Change Next Order Date: Select blue link "Change Upcoming Order Date" if you want to change the date of your next subscription order.
To Skip an Upcoming Subscription Order: Select link "Manage upcoming Auto-Glow orders" and then click the red "Skip Order" link for the order(s) you would like to skip.
To Change Products: Select the link "Products in your subscription". Click the blue "Swap product" link to change a product. Select and click the "Save Changes" button to save.
To Add Products to an existing Auto-Glow order: [Note: Adding is not completed in the "Manage My Subscription" area. This is completed on our website after logging in instead.]
Login to our website (see "Create an Account" above if you do not yet have an account). Then navigate to the product you wish to add. Click "Auto-Glow: Save 15%" and you will then see a pink "Add to Existing Subscription" button. Click this button to add the product.
