Official Rules – Alpyn X City Boots Giveaway

 

1. Sponsor Information

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is co-hosted by Alpyn and CITY Boots (together, the “Sponsors”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 23, 2025 at 9am EST and ends on June 27, 2025 at 9am EST.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow both Alpyn and CITY Boots on Instagram or complete the entry form at https://alpynbeauty.com/pages/collab-giveaway during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

5. Prize(s)

The prize(s) include:

  • Alpyn products worth up to $900
  • CITY Boots product worth up to $1,250
    Total approximate retail value (ARV): $2,150 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 30, 2025 and notified via Instagram direct message within [e.g., 3 business days]. If the winner does not respond within [e.g., 5 days], a new winner may be selected.

7. Data Collection and Use

By entering, participants consent to their personal information (such as name and email address) being shared with both Sponsors and used in accordance with each Sponsor’s privacy policy:


Participants agree to receive marketing communications from both Sponsors and may opt out at any time.

 

8. Entry and Consent

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to:

  • The collection and sharing of their email address and any other submitted contact information between the Partners.
  • Receiving promotional emails and marketing communications from both Partners. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via links in the emails or by contacting the Partners directly.

9. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or prize use.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by arbitration under the laws of the state of Wyoming.
